We’re delighted to announce our second charity partner of the year, Junction Arts, who will directly benefit from our CSAT survey initiative. Every time a customer completes a customer satisfaction survey following ticket closure, £1 is donated to the charity.
Junction Arts is an award-winning local community arts charity that delivers events and projects to improve wellbeing, build confidence and skills, address inequality and inspire change. Their focus is on improving the quality of life, health, wellbeing and resilience of communities in NE Derbyshire, Bolsover district and Chesterfield. They tackle barriers to the arts, heritage and creative opportunities, especially by those facing disadvantages or at risk of social exclusion. Junction Arts support the local economy by improving the physical environment and instilling pride in local places through artistic expression.
Through the ‘100 Art Packs Fundraiser’, we’ll be supporting Junction Art’s Six Pillars project which focuses on the young people in Bolsover and North East Derbyshire, providing them with the tools to explore their creativity and learn valuable skills through art. Donations will directly impacts these young lives, fostering emotional health, nurturing talents, and enriching their journey of growth and discovery through the joy of artistic expression.
Young people and children today can face many mental health pressures; academic stress, social anxiety, and technology overload contribute to their struggles. Art provides children with a sense of mindfulness. Whether through painting, music, or dance; artistic activities offer an outlet for self-expression and empowerment. By encouraging creativity, art helps children cope with life’s challenges and build resilience.

By filling out a satisfaction survey on completion of a support ticket, our customers will be directly contributing to Junction Arts and ultimately improving the lives of young people.
