My Role
As Finance Director I am responsible for all elements of finance ensuring that all our systems, controls and processes are first class and fit for purpose. I also take the lead on all our financial strategy including forecasting, budgeting, and FP&A. I am a qualified Chartered Accountant with 20 years’ experience across Audit, Corporate Finance and in Industry most recently with a local software development business prior to their sale to an international software group.
Achievement
Over my career I’ve developed several accounts teams into a fully functional finance department who are not only focused on the reporting of the numbers but take pride in business partnering with other teams to ensure that finance is an integral part of driving the business forwards.
Weekend
I enjoy running and gardening but spend most of my weekends spending time with my three young children. I regularly run races for The Children’s Hospital Charity.
