Since 2014, CT has been a Veeam Cloud Services Provider having bought into the Veeam Cloud Services Program to provide the best-in-class cloud backup and DR services for our IT support customers. After several years of continued growth and innovation we were awarded UK Veeam Cloud Services Partner of the Year 2017, followed by being announced as Veeam Backup for Office 365 Partner of the Year 2021 due to continued growth and innovation of our service.
Fast forward to 2023, we have over 900 direct customers storing over 6 Petabytes of data across multiple sectors. Since 2017, we have seen a 983% growth in revenue across our portfolio of Veeam Cloud services. Our growth and innovation has been recognised once again more recently by being awarded the Veeam Cloud Service Provider Partner of the Year Award 2022. This award highlights our expertise within this service space, strength in the marketplace and aligns to our ongoing strategic growth plans for 2024 and beyond.
Since 2017 the growth of the Cloud Services team has gone from a one-man-band to a team of nine spanning across sales and a dedicated support desk. This level of organic growth means we can provide the best-in-class data security solutions with effective and efficient support to all our of customers.

The internal growth of the team has been the key to our success in the cloud computing field. We now have a dedicated Cloud Support Team Leader, Dan Webster who has been with CT for many years. Dan has worked his way up in our Service Desk team to become a cloud support specialist and is now leading our new support team who are solely focussed on supporting our cloud customers.
We have four new joiners in the past year that have made great additions to the cloud team, two joining the sales team, Katya and Niki who will be working alongside Elliot and Andrew who have been in the sales team for some time now. We also have two new additions to our support team, Jacob and Edward who work alongside Dan and Ben supporting our customers.
Katya Pasyada – Cloud Solutions Consultant
I joined CT as a Cloud Solutions Consultant, and my responsibilities include driving new business opportunities and expanding existing customer base. I worked for Veeam Software for 4.5 years just before joining CT, where I looked after public sector customers. I hope to bring my Veeam and public sector knowledge to the team, as well as help CT Cloud team develop closer relationships with the Veeam team. In my spare time I like to bake and share recipes in my food blog. I love travelling, good food and wine, and going on long walks with my Shiba Inu.
Niki Stannard – Internal Cloud Account Manager
My role in CT currently is to offer our cloud service clients a personal touch with a direct point of contact within the business to advise, consult and resolve any pressing projects or pain points they are experiencing. Through my extensive experience of 15 years account management and sales training within the IT sector. I plan to support Max in the growth of the team offering our clients a platinum level of customer service and account management as the account management team grows. In my spare time I enjoy climbing mountains, gardening, cooking, and reading. I also enjoy travelling and exploring new places in this country and globally.
Jacob Burgin – Cloud Services Support Engineer
Here at CT I work as a part of the Cloud Services Team, to set up and provide support with Veeam backup software. My Previous experience as an Infrastructure Technician Apprentice helped me gain practical experience which is useful in my current role at CT. In my spare time I enjoy all thing tech, practicing on my DJ decks and socialising with my friends.
Edward Young – Cloud Services Support Engineer
My role in the cloud services team enables us to deliver an efficient and quick solution to our ever-expanding client base. We do this by helping and encouraging each other with our tickets when one us may be unable to assist straight away. I am able to implement my time management skills that I learnt during my time at University studying Computer Science which allows me to efficiently deal with tickets in the appropriate timespan. In my spare time I enjoy playing on video games as well as following my beloved football team Derby County.
