CT Joins Force with SDI to Provide an Even Better Service to Customers
CT is delighted to announce that we are now members of the Service Desk Institute (SDI) – a globally recognised independent organisation that advocates the highest level of service desk performance and service. Being a member of the SDI will provide CT access to tools and training that will help improve the quality and standard of our service desk, which will ensure the customer receives the best quality service every time.
