Today is International Women’s Day 2023, so we thought we’d shine a light on the incredible women of CT!
Women are often underrepresented in the IT industry, as only 24% of people working in the UK STEM industry are female.
Currently, over a third of our workforce are women and as our team grows we plan to increase this percentage. We offer flexibility in job roles and work hours in order to support women trying to enter the IT industry or those looking to progress their career.
As a business in 2023, we recognise the challenges that women in the workplace can face. We provide training such as menopause awareness to ensure that managers and team members have a greater understanding of how this can impact working lives.
It’s great to see all the amazing women across the world breaking the mould in the IT industry. We’d like to say a special thank you to the talented women we have working at CT – you are all invaluable!
