We’d like to say a big welcome to one of our newest additions to Team CT, Nick Holt, our new Service Desk Manager. Here’s a little bit about Nick and the experience he brings to the team.
Nick brings a vast amount of experience from the managed service industry to his new role at CT. He previously spent 6 years working as a Service Desk Manager at BT. In this time, he oversaw multiple areas of the business, driving success including leading a multi-million pound contract. His successful Service Desk team were nominated for the nationwide ‘ITSMF Managed Service Desk Team of the Year’ awards during his time managing them.
As Service Desk Manager, Nick will oversee Service Requests, First Line, Second Line and Third Line, along with the newly formed NOC team. His role includes supporting all these areas to maximise the service provided, ensuring an excellent end-to-end customer experience.
“The main thing for me is as we grow as a team and as a business we have all of our core values ingrained with us.
In my spare time you will find me either on long countryside walks with my two Dalmatians or out socialising on a golf course with friends and family. I enjoy participating in charity golf events and compete for my local club too. Each year I organise my own charity golf event, last year we raised over £1,000 for the British Heart foundation.”
Nick is already a great fit for the team as CT’s Service Desk Manager and we look forward to seeing him support the service desk to maximise our customer experience.
