My Role
I started on the Service Desk and worked up to my current position of Operations Manager. I oversee both the Service Desk and the Implementation teams to deliver an unrivalled customer experience. My role involves understanding each person’s strengths to develop the team and ensuring the companies values are ingrained in the work we carry out.
Achievement
I’m most proud of CT for continuing to evolve year on year. As a member of CT’s board team I have the opportunity to influence not just my own team but the business as a whole, and my input goes towards CT growing and improving.
Weekend
I usually spend my spare time either outdoors on long walks, or at my local Crossfit gym. I spend a lot of my day in front of a screen and sat down, so I enjoy being away from technology and physical exercise to unwind.
